Built in the 1820s as a pair of houses, and subsequently converted to a pub, this is a Grade II listed property https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101387576-the-cotswold-public-house-cheltenham#.WZ1vWT596M8 which was granted in 1983. It has been known as 11, 13, 15 & 17 Portland Street, so may have been more than two addresses at times. No 17 in particular retains some good internal Georgian features.
