Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101388190-evesham-houselittle-evesham-house-cheltenham#.WZp-oFV96M8 in the mid 1950s, this fine town house dates from the 1830s, and was originally built as part of the main development of the area between 1825 and 1842.
