This is the late 19th century extension to the original building to the right, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5504631 , built in brick with terracotta dressings and decorative panels. It now houses the MET studio venue of the Gatehouse Theatre. Listed Grade II. There is a bench mark http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5504639 next to the lighting column.
