Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101298823-ercall-millmill-house-ercall-magna#.WZKcD1V96M8 in 1983, the left-hand part of this is a late 18th Century water mill, with a later (probably 19th Century) house added to the right.
