Carved stone post with metal attachment on the A5, in the Community of Chirk, Wrexham: Bryn-yr-Eos, 100m North West of junction with B5070 on grass verge, South-east side of road. The plate is dated 2003, and the stone and plate are replicas, following the style of others on Telford's route to Holyhead. Inscription reads:- 20 03 HOLY- HEAD 82 LLANGOLLEN 5M-2F CHIRK-B 1M-5F Milestone Society National ID: DEN_HH82.
