At the junction of Cross Street and West Street, the entrance to the car park, Prospect Shopping Centre. The Centre, that also has entrances in Prospect Street and Brook Street, was designed by J. Seymour Harris Partnership, 1976. It stands on the site of the former 18th century General Infirmary.
