Located at the corner of the High Street and Holmdale, this 17th Century cob cottage is the last of its kind on the High St, and was given a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101288053-sidmouth-steam-laundry-limited-sidmouth#.WYd_NNQrLGg in 1973, at which time it was the home of the local laundry.
