Poundstretcher sells household products and garden essentials. The Pet Hut claims to be "the UK's only discount pet store". Some rivals might dispute that. The ground floor of the building was for many years occupied by Tesco who ran a Tesco Metro store here. This was replaced by a larger supermarket elsewhere in the town in September 2014. Image
