Two properties on the Warren Road with a “sale agreed” sign. Described as follows “The Agents Perspective: "A stuning [sic] oppertunity [sic] to purchase a magnificent water front parcel of land. Currently the land contains a pair of derilict [sic] semi detached homes and a large store. The site lends itself to redevelopment for either two or possabilly [sic] three homes (subject to the relevent [sic] permissions)". This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
