Four listed buildings, on the southern side of Elmwood Avenue, currently enclosed by mesh. The following planning permission (approved 29 June 2016) applies “LA04/2015/1540/LBC Rear single storey extension to number 16 and internal alterations to both number 16 and 18 all to accommodate better showering and kitchen facilities. 16 and 18 Elmwood Avenue Belfast BT9 6AY”.
