This photo shows the notice which has been posted into the telephone box. It has the following wording: BT no longer owns this kiosk. The telephone equipment has been removed and the kiosk is owned and maintained by the local authorities. The traditional red kiosk, or K6 plays a traditional part in our national heritage. The local community have chosen to retain this kiosk, thereby ensuring it can be enjoyed by generations to come. The kiosk is the property of the local community who are now responsible for the upkeep and maintenance. In the event of a problem, please contact your local council directly. The telephone number of the Parish Council Clerk is given at the base of the notice
