In the morning rush hour this is a busy commuter road - 3 miles further on is a park & ride facility. The hedges and trees on either side do little to soften the field of vision and probably obscure what might be fine views to the lower land to the south. More construction work is in hand - the red sign beyond the black car says "Layby Closed"
