A vacant building, with an “agreed patch on the agents’ sign, at the corner of Ebor Drive. Described as “The units are situated in an excellent location close to City Centre, Both Hospitals, Queens University and access to the M1 motorway is only one minute away. Outline Planning permission granted 3rd June 2016. (LA04/2016/0329/0) 2no. retail units with associated office space on first floor above.” This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
