In June 2017 Chapel Studios on the right is the premises of Rhys Welsh Design. The building was originally Soar Welsh Independent Chapel dating from the 1840s. Grade II listed in 2000. It was a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1867963 in May 2010.
