Clock Tower in the Park

This is in Clockhouse Lane Park and I'm guessing it's the reason for the name. As such, it could be more of a feature. It's a bit tucked away on a small site between tennis courts and the pavilion. Lack of space for a good picture has skewed the appearance a bit. Even the Park web page has no details about it.
