Grade II* Listed merchant's house with a warehouse now offices. With late 14th or early 15th century roots the house was divided into two late in the 16th century. William Bagge purchased half the property in 1725 and re-fronted the southern half of the façade. The Bagges purchased the rest of the property and it was converted back into one property around 1760 and the northern half rebuilt for Thomas Bagge 1803-4 probably by S Newham & Son. The rear wing was demolished 1975 for Social Security Offices. It had a £1m refurbishment in 2010-11.
