By G.C. Haddon, 1875-77, greatly enlarged by William Cheiake in 1885-86, enlarged further by G.H. Godsell in 1895 when he added the memorial hall (the nearest building with the cupola), and again by Godsell in 1902. At the time of the photo, offices of NHS Herefordshire and Herefordshire Council, but at the time of writing (2017) empty.
