To where a block of flats is under construction. Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y15/0581/SH for the “erection of a building for 11 residential flats together with associated landscaping and parking”. They are being constructed on this Image The block of dwellings, nearest to the camera, is called Victory Terrace.
