Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y16/0179/SH for the “erection of a two storey dwelling, with the first floor in the roof space”. The house has been built in the grounds of The Old Green, Madeira Road, part of which can be seen beyond this house. The image of Image shows the same electricity pole and the original, boundary fence, which is no longer in evidence. However it does give an uninterrupted view of The Old Green. This image of Image shows it after its completion.
