Situated in Offley Hill, this TE has a notice on its door indicating that this S4 site is alarmed. Also, there is a letterbox below that notice although it is quite unlikely that this TE will get any post delivered to it apart from council tax and energy bills! Ventilation louvres have been fitted to this TE enabling it to be air-cooled as it has to be in operation all the time.
