Jumble of roofs clustered on the valley sides at Whitby. Taken from near the top of Caedmon's Trod, looking west. The buildings in the foreground are in NZ9011. Those on the hillside opposite are in NZ8910 and NZ8911. The River Esk is hidden from view and flows in front of the building with the mock-tudor facade- The Jolly Sailors Inn.
