Grade II* Listed house divide in half. Rare timber-framed parallel hall house of early 15th century, remodelled late 15th or early 16th century and altered since. Pevsner tells us that "older sites or on plots where adjacent properties could be bought up, it remained fashionable to build halls parallel to the street. Again most survivors are in Lynn." The plaque reads '1980 Restored by The King's Lynn Preservation Trust'.
