Stained glass of 1887 in Image in memory of F.R. Green Price Sir Richard Green-Price, Baronet of Norton Manor (1803-1887), was a Welsh Liberal politician, successively MP and High Sheriff for Radnor. He was born Richard Green, and assumed the name Price on inheriting the manor of Norton. The quotation "And on His shoulder gently laid and home rejoicing brought me" is from Sir Henry Williams Baker's paraphrase of Psalm 23.
