Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y13/0463/SH for the “erection of a three storey building comprising of 4 ground floor office units (Classes A2 & B1a) and 4 one bedroom flats in the upper floors, following demolition of the existing building”. The ground floor seems to have been allocated to the gallery, as indicated by the blue signage. At the time of my previous visit, it was described as the Image
