The lodge as a whole is shown in Image The arch of which this is the keystone can be seen in that picture, and the person visible in the photograph provides a convenient point of reference, in that the arch (and, in particular, its keystone) can be seen directly above his head. That side of the building is alongside a narrow sloping lane with steps: Image The carving on the keystone is one that is common in Masonic symbolism. The shape found within the circles varies, but the letters, which are read clockwise starting from the 12 o'clock position, are invariably: H.T.W.S.S.T.K.S.
