The bridge over the Shotton Burn in the foreground is in Scotland with the border at the tree to the right of the road just beyond the bridge. The Landranger map is misleading here, tending to indicate that the bridge is in the neighbouring square. The Explorer map is correct confirmed by the satellite mapping.
