At least, it is theoretically a junction: I could find no physical way through the bushes and undergrowth here, and had to turn back a little way to find a way north. This footpath and cycleway uses the formation of the former Midland Railway line between Morecambe and Lancaster (Green Ayre), which was closed after the trains that used it were diverted via the former London & North Western Railway route.
