Just outside Bath, the Cotswold Way ambles pleasantly across fields on the edge of the suburb of Weston. Weston is, incidentally and for anyone planning to walk the Cotswold Way, the last place walkers can refill their water bottles for some time. I wish I'd realised this on what turned out to be the hottest day for millions of years.
