Located on the left side of the former HSBC building http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5207650 in Twyn Square. The plaque was presented to the chairman of Usk Urban District Council by H.R.H the Prince of Wales on November 1st 1971 to commemorate the Twyn Square improvement. GWOBR is Welsh for AWARD.
