Running parallel to and in between Burley Road and Kirkstall Road. To the right is the grey practice tower of Kirkstall Road fire station and beyond that is 'The Tannery' student accommodation. The building to the immediate left is the new 'Opal 1' building which is also, mainly, student accommodation.
