Magnificent art deco building from 1936 (restored 2000) and B-listed: http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB41605 . It was initially 'tea rooms' and most recently a restaurant which has sadly just closed (in March 2017) due to the economic downturn in northeast Scotland.
