Under application number CA//16/00258, Canterbury City Council has raised no objection to an “EIA screening opinion request in relation to the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment with a mixed-use, leisure led regeneration anchored by a cinema and supporting leisure uses and alongside student accommodation and residential units”. This view of the Image shows the gate at the entrance to the site and this image of the Image shows the view beyond it.
