Opened in 1864 on the Aberystwyth & Welsh Coast Railway's line from Aberystwyth to Dovey Junction, Barmouth and beyond, this later became part of the Cambrian Railway. The station closed in 1965. View south towards Aberystwyth. The station was just beyond the large building to the left of the track. In 2021, a new station was opened at the south end of the original site - see Image
