Re-modelling Charter Square

A roundabout fed by a dual carriageway is being re-modelled as part of Sheffield's Retail Quarter development. The roundabout and its unloved pedestrian subways is being replaced by a public square with the dual carriageway being replaced by a single carriageway with separate cycle lane.
