Heavy rain for several hours on the morning of June 8th 2017 ended a few minutes before this picture was taken. The label on the cabinet on the left shows THE PROPERTY OF THE SOUTH WALES ELECTRICITY BOARD. South Wales Electricity Board was an electricity supply and distribution company which was bought out in 1996 after the deregulation of the electricity supply industry in the UK.
