A fountain at the end of the Long Canal in Westbury Court Garden, the Tall Pavilion can be seen at the end of the canal. This rare example of a Dutch water garden in England was almost lost to house building but it was saved by the local council when they purchased the site in 1960; since 1967 it has been in the care of the National Trust. Over the years the trust have restored these gardens.
