Former Victoria Hospital

Sixty years ago, before the construction of the Princess Margaret Hospital a half mile further along Okus Road [itself now long gone in favour of the Great Western Hospital near Coate Water], this was the main hospital in the town. If you were ill in those days, chances are that you would end up 'in the Vic'. The building has now been converted into apartments.
