This establishment seems to typify the way that Marlborough has developed in recent years, A typical Wiltshire town has moved on from agriculture and trades towards upmarket shops and restaurants, the High Street now having more than its fair share of boutiques and fancy furnishing stores. On the day this photo was taken there was a Ferrari parked nearby, which makes a change from an old series two Land Rover. Proximity to the M4 corridor and rapid rail transport from nearby Great Bedwyn and Swindon may be factors affecting the changes.
