The guts of this timber-framed cottage date from the 16th century, with subsequent modifications over the years, and a roughcast exterior which now hides much of its construction. It holds a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101261866-5-elmdon-road-bickenhill#.WSKGAusrKM8 for that reason.
