The rebuilt Wembley Stadium is generally a gleaming, concrete-and-metal monument to football's gentrification (within the stadium concourse, near the burger concessions there are stands marked "condiments", not a word one expected to encounter in old-style stadia), but round the back of the stadium traditional football food clings on in this shanty-town environment.
