This site used to be the Sick quarters of RAF Snetterton Heath/USAAF Station 138 > http://www.geograph.org.uk/article/RAF-Snetterton-Heath---USAAF-Station-138 which was an active airfield during WW2. The complex of current school buildings in the grounds of The New Eccles Hall School was constructed on the footprint of the hospital and the eastern section appears to have been retained, albeit renovated to modern standards. (The school grounds are not usually open to the public, this photo was taken on the occasion of a school open day event.)
