Typically for Reading, some unattractive office architecture. The first building is called Kennet House. Then there is 100 King's Road. There you can see the Girl and the Swan sculpture http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/397825 . The white block is called King's Point. It is not apparent which companies, if any, currently occupy the premises.
