Viewed from Pegwell Road, planning permission has been granted by Thanet District Council under application number R/TH/17/0112 for an “application for approval of reserved matters of outline application OL/TH/15/0213 for the approval of 'Appearance and Landscape' (for Plot 2 only) for 'Outline application for erection of 2, two storey dwellings, including access, layout and scale'”. The location was described as land rear of 10 to 16, St Mildred’s Avenue. Two houses numbered Image and Image were erected on the site.
