Designed as an ornamental feature in the days before cars, this quaint little bridge is now a quaint little bottleneck as it carries the A321 where traffic lights are needed for single file traffic. The land is part of the Park Place estate, now owned by a real live Russian Oligarch who is spending loads of money smartening it up. But the bridge is probably listed up to here and will have to stay.
