From the west side of Friars Street. In March 2017, the Herefordshire Council information board on the right states that the Museum Resource & Learning Centre is open for drop-in visits, enquiries and identifications from 10am till 1pm every second Thursday and third Tuesday of the month. Research visits and group tours by appointment. The Centre is supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund.
