Another soulless office block on this stretch of the A23 opposite Preston Park. Once filled with Victorian villas which were removed once the price of land on which they were standing was worth more than the building itself. Consequently pulled down and replaced with office space. The building between that and the Travelodge is occupied by River Stone.
