This small, densely and softly- hairy semi-prostrate plant flowers from April to September. Its flowers > http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5374154 are tiny and of pink-purple colour. The leaves, most of which are at ground level, are rounded and divided into wedge-shaped lobes.
