Florid Italianate built in 1857-58 for the Strand District Board of Works by its surveyor G.F. Fry. Grade II listed. Occupied by Charles H. Fox Limited, purveyors of theatrical make-up. The diapering down Burleigh Street is a former vicarage by William Butterfield.
