This area houses self-storage, a music studio, a boxing gymnasium, a car mechanic's, a car-valeting service and other small enterprises. The site occupies the line of the former railway line from Mill Hill East to Edgware, which would have become part of the London Underground Northern Line under the 1930s New Works scheme were it not for the intervention of war. The M1 passes at a raised level on the left.
