Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of FYFIELD AND TUBNEY (VALE OF WHITE HORSE District), Tubney Farm, opposite church turn, under chestnut tree on wide well kept grass verge, on South side of road. Henley limestone pillar, erected by the Abingdon & Fyfield turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- (FARINGDON) (10) (ABINGDON) (4) Carved bench mark on lower face. Milestone Society National ID: BE_LG60.
